My wife and I purchased a shed from Gerald at the Bedford Location and had a great experience. Best deal on a shed around that we could find. This shed was for a Pool House for our pool and wasn't the exact color we wanted, but Gerald kept us in mind and before taking delivery of our shed another one came in just like it but in the color we wanted. Gerald remembered the color we wanted and called us to let us know this new shed was unloading and allowed us to switch to the color we wanted. Great Customer Service! A++
In my opinion, this shed business feels like a real sham. They promote themselves as local, but the customer service I dealt with was poor and they were not upfront about delivery times or the extra costs that came later. If you can pay everything in full and have your own way to move a shed, you might be fine. If not, I would head toward Lynchburg and look for another place. I would not go to Paragon. I just want folks to know what they are walking into before they spend their hard-earned money.
Knowledgeable and has a well stocked inventory
I rented a mini excavator for the weekend, and, it was a very good experience dealing with Zach. Great customer service and a very nice machine. Would definitely recommend paragon for equipment rental !
Rented a skid steer for the weekend and had it delivered. Arrived on time. Nice machine. Great communication throughout the whole experience. Will be a repeat customer!
