This company has no customer service. I had turf put in 4 years ago and it is now coming apart and shedding. Rusty the owner is doing nothing to get this resolved, it is under warranty and will not cost him anything. I want this fixed.
Shame on Paragon Turf Technologies. Promises, promises, promises but all we get are no shows after no shows. I guess we've waited long enough before going to 3 on your Side, the BBB and The Registrar of Contractors.
Horrible.
An employee gave us a quote after the home show. We finally got yard prep done and now they won't honor the quote. One reason they say its to low (done by them) and another is it's not signed. It was sent to us from their email on their letter heard so I say its valid. Guess we ll see what ROC says. VERY SHADY. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM. DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD.
