I just lost 912 dollars from this "Company" that never bothered to let me know that there was insurance along with the resort tickets i bought or inform me of any terms or of the refund window. My travel agent just assumed since I was young that I wouldnt want insurance so here I am out of over 900 dollars and I am not even able to enjoy the stupid resort I payed for.
