I had gone to the gym in the past, and results tended to be lackluster, that is until I went to a trainer with experience in how to work on a plan to lose weight and get healthy. Leah has created a place for just that. I go at least three times a week now, and have been coming to Paragon since February. As intimidating as I was to try it out I gotta say, I love this type of workout! No frills, one hour a day, real results. I have lost 50lbs and I feel confident and motivated to keep coming back. Thank you Leah!!

Amazing place to workout. Everyone is here to accomplish the same goal, get a great workout done. No one just standing around and using a gym as a hangout spot. Well deserved of the 5-star posting.
