Good balance of matcha and mango
There were no employees for 20min and the woman who served me was extremely cold and didnt make eye contact once when she took my order. The matcha itself was quite good but service was subpar.
While waiting for a morning flight - decided to check out the Paragon at the airport, I am a huge fan of the other locations, but for some reason this one didn't hit the same. As mentioned, located in the airport, so plenty of tables to enjoy your drink and snacks prior to passing through security. Barista/Cashier was friendly and gave off great vibes. I’ll always make a point to visit a paragon tea room whenever I have the chance to. Definitely one of the best matcha places in YVR. This location however being ran by YVR airport staff does not have the same level of service. I’m assuming they don’t have the same level of training is my guess? It’s not bad in anyway which is why overall I’m giving it a 5 star, but if you’ve been to the other locations, you’d understand what I mean. 一杯一杯丁寧に作ってくれる、本格派の抹茶が楽しめます。マフィンもふっくらしてて美味しかったです。 ワンオペなので、時間に余裕を持って行くことをお勧めします。 店員さんはとても気さくで話し易い方です。 ドリンクはセサミがなかったので、とりあえず抹茶ジンジャーラテにしましたが、これがめっちゃ美味しかったです。帰りの飛行機前でバタバタしてたので写真を撮り忘れました
