They are the absolute best! The staff is knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful.
I've been to this facility about 5 times to get infusions. From my very first visit to the last, I enjoyed interacting with the staff there. They create a very warm and welcoming environment considering the stressful situation that placed me there. I'm not a fan of getting shots or IV's. Nurse Vera did each infusion painlessly and carefully. She's informative about what she's going to do, how long the process will take, and makes sure that I'm comfortable on every interaction. I've gotten my infusions over the years at a variety of facilities, but Paragon is the best. They are capable in every aspect. Friendly, treat you like family, great with health insurance, and best of all only one stick to get the IV going!
I am extremely happy with the care I have received from the Smyrna Paragon Infusion center. They went above and beyond expectations to get my infusion moved from the Sarasota Florida infusion center to Smyrna. Everyone there was friendly, professional and efficient. Special thanks to Ari for helping me get my infusion moved from Florida to Georgia.
I’ve been coming here for about 6 months for my infusion and they are very professional and nice. I would recommend anybody that need a infusion treatment to get it here. They make sure you are very comfortable.
