I love this place. The staff was friendly, helpful, and most importantly doesn't jump all over you like going to Best buy. Granted the customer base is very different. Easy to drop the price of a new house on a complete home theater. But had a great selection of used audio if you want to make it a little more affordable. If you want the BEST, this is where you go. Period.
Shopping at Paragon is a delight. I worked with Ryan for about an hour and a half choosing a new pair of headphones. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The approach to customer service there is perfect. They are readily available and check up on you, but that's it. In an audio store that is absolutely perfect. Facebook just asked me if I'd like to review Paragon and I think that's a great idea. All there is to say is that Paragon is a wonderland of high end audio. It's one of my favorite places on earth. The products are superb and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy introducing new people to this store. I'm a big fan of Paragon Sight & Sound.
