Randy was awesome! He came by to give me a quote for insulation, but when he realized I wouldn’t meet his minimum, he gave me suggestions on what to do instead. He was very honest and just a good overall guy. I would definitely recommend him for your insulation needs. Also, he runs a YouTube page which to me shows he is very passionate about his craft and wants to make sure everyone has proper insulation- even those who are too far away to use him!

Randy and the team were awesome! This most recent cold snap reminded me that I should write a review, or more specifically it was the fact that I wasn't freezing and my house was holding a normal temp. Initially I called for Paragon last November to look at the attic space over an addition, but Randy walked me through all my attic spaces and very clearly called out potential issues and provided a very detailed quote with multiple options. We were badly in need of an insulation expert for a long time! We were very pleased with Randy and his team! One of the exterior walls of our home was discovered to have zero insulation and the attic needed more. Work was performed exactly as described and overall levels of professionalism and courtesy were great. We anticipate being able to significantly reduce or even discontinue the use of our ugly space heater! Only wish we had done this sooner it was so easy dealing with Paragon.
Unbelievable customer service. Contacted Paragon on Monday morning, received on-site quote / estimate the same day. Work completed on Wednesday. Randy and Matt were excellent. Would highly recommend Paragon to anyone needing insulation.
