Randy & team are the best! I had gotten a quote from my pest control place which seemed sketchy. I found paragon on Facebook and im glad I did. Professional, clean , reasonable. You can really tell that his team has this down pat and they know what they are doing. Glad I checked this off my list my house was very cold upstairs which never made sense. Nobody enjoys pouring money into the parts of their home they never see — attics, crawl spaces, and the like. Randy and his whole team are top notch. Had my attic done after seeing how bad my house looked in relation to neighbors with ice dams. Had a second confirmation when the heat went out in the middle of the night, our house temp dropped to 49 degrees. Also did our crawl space with the foam, found a bunch of mice we never knew were down there. Apparently a live one fell on a worker while removing prior insulation. Very happy with Randy and his attention to detail! Very knowledgeable and had a great experience!
Lesson learned. I had Randy and crew remove and replace insulation in attic, install vapor barrier in crawlspace, and spray foam rim joists in basement March of 2025. Randy talked a big game and I paid for premium work - got handy man results at best. Missing baffles in the far areas of my attic that I only discovered after ripping off facia board to install new gutters.
