My experience with this school demonstrates it's more about jumping through hoops than actually acquiring skills. The mentor teachers don't seem to know expectations so they are literally unable to communicate expectations to the students they mentor! It's not a certificate to be particularly proud of because it's not really earned based on grooming knowledge or skill.
