I could tell the Huebner location takes pride in their work. This was my first time having any type of infusion and they allowed me to have the space needed to cry, and supported me the whole way through. Every visit I’ve been meet by amazing people whole genuinely care about my well-being, not only as a patient, but also as a human. I felt this even at my intake call. The center is clean and a welcoming environment which really put my anxiety at ease. Thank you to the amazing team at the Huebner Paragon Infusion Center!
I have been getting infusions here since march of 2022 and will uplift their nurse staff is very friendly and helpful. However, my most recent interactions with the folks answering the phone has been horrendous. For weeks I had been calling and getting different answers about where in the process my pre authorization was and they would say it’s held up at insurances end or my providers end. I receive my infusion supplies, mediport supplies, meds and tube feeds from Paragon. They have become more like family than part of my medical team. I look forward to my weekly calls and delivery every week. They are so amazing about everything!!! I had issues with my mediport due to the needle size changing constantly before the replacement. WOW! What an absolutely stunning experience with Paragon San Antonio Infusion Center at Huebner Rd location. Everything about that place is excellent! From great and heartwarming Director Monica and her amazing Paragon family members like NP Elia, RN Renee, Admin Jess….They Left my husband and myself speechless with going above and beyond to help their patients and their family during very hard moments in their life. They keep going back and forth about my insurance and I have clarified it many times so not sure what is going on there but finally got a appt for my infusion on June 7 for psoriatic arthritis and now I’m still waiting for a appt for a different infusion for migraines with the same issue at hand about my insurance
