I go there for my Prolia injection every six months. Today, a few weeks away from my scheduled injection, I received a call telling me that they will no longer administer Prolia and that I have to find somewhere else to get it. There was no reason so I can only assume that someone at their headquarters arbitrarily chose no to do those shots. Malpractice on their part since not receiving the timely treatments can cause fractures.

The staff at this location on Huebner Rd are amazing & RN Anna was a sweetheart! The Prior Authorization Dept needs training but the actual infusion staff excellent!!

I’ve been trying to get scheduled for 3 weeks. Each time they say I am missing something I provide it to them. Then they need me to call back to follow up with them. When I call I never receive call back from the waiting queue. I even went in asking for help, they said they’d have a manager call me. Still nothing. Next stop is BBB complaint. They are messing with people’s healthcare.
