My first visit with Paragon. Randi was my stylist. I was amazed walking through the door. She gave me a tour. It was clean and inviting. I got the works..shampoo, cut and style...very friendly and very kind. It was a joy meeting her. I already have an appointment set in 6 weeks. It was a most pleasant experience..

My first experience was sadly good and bad. Nice clean salon staff is friendly. I came in with essentially a bob hair cut. I showed a picture I acknowledged was slicked back and styled. I stated day to day it was just important to be able to put behind my ears or pull into a little half knot. I know I stated I didn’t not want a bunch of layers or different lengths. I always used to say the back of my head is not my business. Well I melted all my hair off in the back doing my roots with bleach (I’m a brunette, and my hair was professionally done to a nice platinum, I had been keeping up with my roots and toning myself) ((bad idea)) so I really had no option and I shaved the side of my head, and it didn't even get rid of all the damage in the back. Danielle M did an amazing job fixing my hair that I attempted to lighten on my own (HUGE mistake!) She was friendly, professional, talented and told me exactly what she could do to help me and how we could get to where I want to be. She was so great, I even brought my daughter back in to have her first salon cut with her!! The salon in Norwich is so cute and nice and clean. Already booked my next appointment and I am thrilled to have found my home salon & stylist!

I had my first appointment today with Leah at Paragon Salon in Norwich. I highly recommend Leah for all your hair needs. I try to live my life with loving kindness and gratitude... and I recognized that in Leah as well. She gave me a beautiful haircut and her attention to detail was so appreciated too. Can't wait to return.
