I was looking for a used truck and had initially contacted through email. Received a response stating that the truck was sold and then went on to say he took two on trade. I asked for some basic info and pictures. A day went by and received the carfax but nothing else. The consumer reports and reviews are mixed and I guess I just received shitty customer service! I admit they get back to messages fast, but i suggest not dealing with these rude ignorant people. I was looking into 2 trucks cash and was greeted with a ignorant first message. Not even the trucks sold can i help you find what you need. My minds blown!
Worst service experience in 20 years all over Canada. Can't even put rotational tires on properly. Especially when they were never asked to rotate the winter tires in the first place.
