We have had several rugs made from offcuts over the past couple of years and find Mark efficient and professional in his work and in his customer service. Neil.
Went in to see about getting a large piece of carpet to use as a rug in our lounge room. Mark was super help, listening to what I was after and showing me a number of options. He had on-site edging. I ordered in the morning and my rug was ready early afternoon. Fantastic price too, a fraction of what it would cost to buy a rug of the same size. Friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Mark!
I can't recommend Mark at Paragon Rugs highly enough!
Mark was super helpful. I purchased a piece of carpet I needed overlocked. He gave me a great range of options for colours, did an exceptional job and even delivered for me. I highly recommend his work and his customer service is over and above!
