Seviche is incredible – Twice we've enjoyed delicious meals here. Most recently, we took three friends with us so we could sample many dishes before writing a review. We've sampled many appetizers, but the ones that truly stand out have been the wild mushroom and goat cheese empanadas. Served with a tomato based sauce, the flavors explode in your mouth. Fantastic – This restaurant is much more then dining, the service is wonderful and the decor is done in a very subtle but passionate delivery. I have enjoyed several meals here and look forward to my next, the entrees are proportioned perfectly, the appetizers are hard to pick because each is so good and the soups are out of this world.
tremendous variety -- great decor -- server knew menu inside and out-- suggest reservations – appetizerwas a traditional cerviche and lots of it-- had the seabass--great combo of slightly sweet and spicy, fish was cooked to perfection-- date had a chicken dish(can't remembername of it) same praises tender, great layering of flavors--
