Grounds staff is very disrespectful, mows their friends lawns, leaves clipping in driveway and all over vehicles in driveway. No blade guards used debris flying everywhere. Management is very ineffective and nonchalant. Makes promises but never delivers. Was promised paint, carpet, and vinyl months ago, never happened. Painting scheduled TWICE painters didn't show up TWICE, still waiting... They sure want their rent though, and an increase.
I have lived in the macomb area at one of their sites for 3 yrs. I am pleased and satisfied living there. everyone is very polite. When i have an issue they do take care of it. Will renew my lease again...
I give them no rating, Drawbridge aparments Harrison Twp. The aparments are us safe. They get you trap in lease and then the apartment leacks so bad forced to move out, then you stuck paying the rest lease. These people don't care its is where you live and try get your family by. You are just paycheck to them. The manager or the maintenance have no clue what there doing. To anyone that fell in there death trap get move out fast as you can. Just got done living for a year in Westwood Village apartments in Westland. It is a dump. The people who run the place need to be gotten rid of. They are running it into the ground. Please dont move there if you have kids. It is not safe or well taken care of.
