If i could give a zero i would. Terrible place to rent. They've got roaches, rats running around and the maintenance people that i NEVER see could care less. They tell you to contact "Melinda" for everything but you'd have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting a call back from her. They have a laundry room with ONE washer and ONE dryer for 12 units, which doesn't really matter because it is always broken. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER A TOTAL SCAM!
Left more than 6 messages with Steven regarding their Sandy Bay property in Rockport and never once received a single reply. This prompted further research into the property which revealed this in the Gloucester newspaper ROCKPORT — Paragon Properties, which manages Rockport’s Sandy Bay Estates housing complex, prides itself on “a model of excellence and perfection,” according to the Needham-based company’s website. DO NOT RENT!!!! I was supposed to move into their Chateau Estates property In Taunton Ma. I put a $1000 deposit back in March of 2017. In July of 2017 I asked for my deposit back from Melinda she asked for me to fax over a return letter did that and called numerous times no answer or call back I've called every number I can find still no call back. I advise anyone that is thinking about giving them money DO NOT.... DO NOT EVEN RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
