Their delivery process is AMAZING - delivered by, unloaded by, brought into the gym/cafeteria or around to individual classrooms by, organized in the gym/cafeteria by PARAGON EMPLOYEES (your product is NEVER drop shipped) - incredible service.
Paragon Promotions Fundraising is a top notch fundraising company! As a PTO representative, they take all the hard work off of our plates...they count the money...they deliver and ORGANIZE the products for parent pick up...and their customer service is AMAZING! Not to mention, the kiddos are always excited about the prizes they offer! GREAT PRODUCT~GREATER COMPANY!
we had some problems with a tub of cookie dough. They went above and beyond to fix and replace the product. I've been ordering for years and this was the first problem I've ever had. They was really quick with response as well.
