I recently purchased a new truck, next model up aka 5300 upgrade would have gotten me the black gloss wheels that I wanted. Long story short, through a referral and reading the reviews - received estimate, preview of wheels through photo enhancement and a quote. The rest is history, three day process and I couldn't be more happier, everything as promised. I would park my truck next to that next model up any day of the week !
I am astonished by how quickly and flawlessly my damaged wheels were repaired by Paragon. I had two wheels that, together, required restoration and a spot of welding from significant, unsightly curb damage (courtesy of slight lapses in attention while approaching Portland’s granite curbs). Paragon managed to both hurry the work, and take several days longer than quoted. (tl;dr at bottom) Scheduling: I dropped off four wheels for straightening/refinishing after the tech that I spoke with on Tuesday assured me they would be in and out same day I drop off. I was willing to pick up Thursday instead. I dropped off on Wednesday. By the following Tuesday, they were still not ready. I picked up my wheels the following Wednesday.
