Paragon has went above and beyond what can be expected from a company in terms of customer satisfaction. We contacted Paragon when we noticed there was a leak (about 3.5 years after install) and they came out and fixed the issue even though it was well out of the pools installation warranty. Much thanks to Brent and his team for setting us up with a beautiful pool and addressing our concerns even when the pool was out of warranty.
Paragon Pools provides outstanding quality and customer service. The construction crews are courteous, on-time, and get the job done efficiently and very neatly. They delivered on time and the end product is spectacular. You want a pool done right and done quickly use Paragon Pools.
Overall had a pretty good experience with Paragon. We had signed our contract last February and hopes that we had have everything finished by the summer sadly that didn’t happen. There were some hiccups on the way which I was very understanding of the only reason I docked a star is because of Emiliano. Emiliano is a pompous jerk and he almost lost them our contract because of his attitude. They truly are in the business of MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE! Every part of working with Paragon Pools was great! From AJ our sales person showing up ON TIME ( we were stood up for estimates by another company 2x) AJ was Ready with great ideas and solutions of the best layout for our back yard All the crews that came out to work on our site Were always respectful, patient, Hard working and took the time to answer all my questions (which were alot lol) Emiliano, Brent, Zach and Ms Crystal kept us updated on the process and what ... read more
Tommy and Brent are the best we had a couple of bumps with pavers but Tommy took care of it. Just to clarify the pavers were defective from the manufacturer. Great people to work with. I would use them again
