This home was built in December of 2021. We’re the second owner. We initially had some tiling issues that started happening shortly after we moved in April of 2024. For me as a customer and in my professional life I understand these things happen that’s part of business and a part of life. Excellent service. Did a great job with our backyard pool while staying within established timelines. Great communication and price. Would highly recommend.
Brent and his team at Paragon are top notch! They ran my pool install quickly and professionally, and were there to answer my hundreds of questions along the way.
Paragon has went above and beyond what can be expected from a company in terms of customer satisfaction. We contacted Paragon when we noticed there was a leak (about 3.5 years after install) and they came out and fixed the issue even though it was well out of the pools installation warranty. Much thanks to Brent and his team for setting us up with a beautiful pool and addressing our concerns even when the pool was out of warranty.
