Extremely void of customer service and “good faith dealing” fee structure provided services. Also , a lack of communication with complaining customers is purposeful method to avoid responsibility and maximize profits .
Eventhough I was kind of happy with their wservice at the beginning but I am very disatisfied customer. I used them for the Pool service plan for the pool they installed. I was assured they will take care of our concern at the beginnig by the owner Mike *****. Unfortunately he does not return the call and does not take care of his customers anymore.
