Just learned about the organization through a client our office just took over to manage this past October, and no problems with services and communication since then.
Was looking to have a emergency furnace repair done, I asked to be sent to there service department to which I was told no that I had to talk to sales, Sales than told me to phone back and ask me to talk to the front desk again, which told me to email the information. Needless to say after talking to multiple people none of which seemed to want to deal with customers and everyone seemed to try and pass me off to someone else I went some where else. Which had someone on the way faster than the first time I called these guys.
We had a very friendly and knowledgeable member in our building today, our system is in need of repair above the scheduled maintenance, but thanks to the knowledge of the staff we can take steps to prevent future issues after the present issues are addressed.
