Not a pleasant experience He quote price and then changes it substantially He tells you he’s gonna call you back and then he doesn’t Ultimately, there are many other providers to go with we didn’t hit it off. That doesn’t mean he’s a bad person, but they’re easier people to work with from a business standpoint. Very happy with the company from Newport Beach
We were referred to Paragon from others on our dock- and were super happy with the work Wayne did on our boat. Wayne has been very responsive and explained the needed repairs very clearly. He worked on our generator and plumbing systems. We will call him again when we have a need for his help.
When my Vacuflush broke, I called around and everyone recommended Wayne at Paragon Marine. Wayne is great. My Vacuflush toilet broke right before we were heading out on a trip. Wayne had a very full schedule, but he still fit me in to save our vacation. He knows what he is doing and got it fixed quickly. He is friendly and kept me informed of progress. I highly recommend him.
Excellent job. Wayne was friendly, fast and efficient. Kept us informed all through the process. Left the work area clean when he was done.
Great customer service.
