This is strange...I have used this service (Omar) a few times in the past and it was easily a 5 star service. I just moved and needed help with a few items. Set an appointment online and a few days or so before texted Omar to confirm appointment. He said his website no longer populates his calendar and he didn't know of the appointment but still could make it. First red flag. Omar and his company Paragon Luxe is amazing... he has set up two pieces of fitness equipment and both times he has done an amazing job. All around, the service was amazing.
