I highly highly recommend Paragon! Before I even started infusions, Whitney at the front helped me with all the dreaded paperwork for insurance, made calls for me and called often to check on me. The medical team administering the meds on infusion days are top notch!!!! We laughed and cut up which makes 6 hours more bearable. Paragon Lubbock is incredible ♥️♥️♥️

My husband was having infusions here for several months. The staff wants nothing more than to make one comfortable during this process. The assistant (Whitney, during our time) who received us at the window to the person who interviewed him to schedule the infusions to the persons administering them, they were so kind. We lost him in the end, but they had even worked with us on another infusion for his RA where we were traveling to Amarillo to have them administered to transferring them to Paragon in Lubbock. Every single person in this center is kind, helpful and attentive. I've been receiving infusions for 25 years and they are at the top of the list when it comes to care for patients.

I have used several infusion centers over the past few years and Paragon has been one of the best. Not only is the clinic accessible and the staff knowledgeable, prompt, and warm, but the people at Paragon work hard to get the patient costs as close to zero as they can, something that they were straightforward about during my initial intake.
