I have been going to Paragon in Kyle two and three times a week since June of 2024. I could not imagine a better place to go for infusion therapy. The entire staff are very caring and friendly. They work well together as a team. The atmosphere is very pleasant. They make you feel at home. I was with this clinic for 2 years and I was delighted with all the nurses and Angel as a supervisor until they changed the new manager Tony. The service is terrible, communication is horrible. They had me waiting 4 months for my treatment saying that they were waiting for confirmation from my health insurance when my health insurance had already approved everything months ago. This is the BEST place to date that I've received my infusions. All of the staff is wonderful and caring. They pay attention to their patients. Over the past year or so, I've always been met with top care. The facility is always clean, calm, comfortable, and they always have snacks and drinks! I'm sad that I moved and have to leave them. But, if you need infusion therapy, this is THE place to go. The level of care they provide is TOP TIER!
