As a multi-organ transplant recipient, breast cancer survivor, and someone who has faced several other life-threatening medical issues over the years, I have pretty significant medical anxiety/PTSD, especially when it comes to IVs and procedures. The staff who works at the location is fantastic and beyond belief. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great to talk to. I have been going there for 2 years and could not be happier. However, recent changes I have found disappointing is the large number of security cameras inside the treatment room. I find it quite disturbing to be constantly monitored via video surveillance while I am being treated. While i understand the need for cameras around medicine cabinets, the doors, or outside. I dread having to get my infusions. And going from a hospital setting to paragon has made such a difference. The staff are always so nice and welcoming they make an uncomfortable experience better and they treat me with kindness and compassion. I cant thank the staff enough! I truly appreciate everything they do!
I go there every six months to get a shot... I am always greeted when I walk in the door and they get to me immediately. Nurses and staff are extremely sweet and caring!
I have been going to Paragon in Kyle two and three times a week since June of 2024. I could not imagine a better place to go for infusion therapy. The entire staff are very caring and friendly. They work well together as a team. The atmosphere is very pleasant. They make you feel at home. My therapy at Paragon Infusion Center in Kyle is almost complete so I would like to thank Toni, Peggy, Ashley,Tosha, Ashley, Vanessa, Cindy, and Christina for putting up with me and making my visits so pleasant.
