Great customer service.
Worst experience with a purchase in my 55+years of being a consumer. Paid for my kiln in January and they screwed up my order every step of the way from building incorrectly to needing to replace the control panel on day one of trying to fire the kiln. They also created extra unnecessary delays by not following the advice of my distributor and me regarding the need to use FedEx or UPS for it to be timely. Closed on Friday!?!??!? I wish I had the luxury of telling my clients that I've provided all my staff with Friday's off! Great for employees, terrible for new and existing business ... got an issue? Can't wait until Monday? Too bad, Paragon always takes a long weekend Friday to Sunday!!!! Will not be buying equipment or using their services in the future.
Avoid paragon they have terrible craftsmanship and don't live up to their warranties. I had to weld my handle back on myself. Terrible customer service. This was on a brand new kiln less than 28 days old
I can't say enough about the person who has helped me with my kiln. The kiln is at an art center so it has been quite trying to be able to be there at just the right moment. I'm sure I sounded ridiculous in some of my terms and explanations, but they stuck with me!
