The service staff at Honda Paragon are extremely excellent. They can reply and solve problems in a timely manner. However, I can only give a one-star bad review to the maintenance technician of the Honda Polaron who is from Guangdong, China. He is extremely irresponsible at work, showing no sense of responsibility at all. He doesn't consider the interests of the company at all and talks nonsense. AVOID THIS LOCATION! I paid for an NYS Inspection that was never completed. The service advisors, especially Jose Rojas, were quick to accept payment but refused to take accountability once I raised the issue. When I called for clarification, I was placed on hold, disconnected multiple times, and consistently misled with promises of call-backs that NEVER happened.
