The entire team both in the office and out in the field provided outstanding service. Had our 19 year old AC unit replaced- the 3 techs that did the installs Bryce, Michael and Ulysses were very professional, engaging and neat. The new units run well. So if you are considering, since we can no longer on these older units can give them a refrigerant re-charge, I highly recommend contacted this company and asking for these specific techs. We appreciate Paragon.
