The only thing I would recommend is Dr.Mendise. Other than that I hate it. The secretary and nurses at this location are very rude. And god forbid you need a refil on a prescription or have a question. You'll get the run around for days on and or you'll be on hold for hour(s). If this wasn't the only close location from my house I would go elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences of my life, and I only delt with them on the phone. Constant back and forth and no communication thru other nurses. I was told to call a number that was no longer in service, and I was told I was being inappropriate with them for being upset, I then told them I will find another doctor and cancelled my appointment then within 15 minutes got a call back saying they gave me the wrong number. Something terribly wrong with the scheduling department they have now through Summa. Not only was I told the wrong date for my appointment and I called to confirm it was in fact the date only to show up and it was wrong. Both times I called the scheduling department the woman was rude and never did I get an apology from them. Unorganized and not impressed with the complete lack of care. The only reason I don't give them a 1 is because I like their midwives!
