Meaghan was great to work with. She replaced a watch battery for me and we discussed jewelry appraisal - which they do. I also love their location on the south hill.
I was delighted to discover this “gem” hidden on the south hill. The customer service is top notch. The atmosphere is classy, inviting and open. You get a full view of the craftsmanship of each piece being designed and built. I am beyond impressed and excited to start working with these talented jewelers on custom pieces.
I had a custom wedding ring designed and built at another well known jeweler in town. After many years the ring cracked in one place and I lost a small diamond. I took the ring to the original jeweler and was given an exorbitant repair quote causing me to place my wedding ring in the safe box for multiple months. I then took my ring to Gemworks for another estimate and was not only pleased with the much lower quote but also the amazing workmanship and customer service. I would highly recommend working with Gemworks!
Megan was a pleasure to meet. She cleaned and repaired earings and a necklace clasp. She gave meinformation on 3 pieces. Timely work and ease.
