Exceptional Service! I took my son's cross pendant and heirloom chain in to be repaired. Not only did Nic do beautiful work, they also expedited the repair knowing my son is leaving for college this week. Nic and Meaghan go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed in a very professional office and beautiful showroom.
Gemworks did a great job soldering together and rhodium plating my wedding and engagement rings! They were friendly, fairly priced, and I was able to pick up my rings 2 days after I dropped them off. Definitely recommend!
Amazing! Not only was their customer service superb but they were personable with expert craftsmanship. My ring is sparkling and reset.
I stopped in to have my Dad's watch battery replaced, and Nick carved some time out in the middle of the day to do it, despite them being preferably appointment only. He showed me around the store/shop, and even demonstrated some equipment he uses. Awesome people, will be looking their way when I'm in need of something more than just a watch battery.
