Don’t use. This company is fake. The address is pinch and penny in the Aldi, former Winn-Dixie mall. They use random address with random name company. They are scam and unlicensed. They also charged me super overcharged price. Changed garage door spring, charged $2400. Crazy.
Don’t use. Totally overcharged. Our garage spring broken and they changed both drums, springs and bearing, costs $2300!!! He told me the parts price before he starts and I assumed the total amount was around $900. But he said the price is one each, all the parts is two pairs so the costs are doubled plus tax. This is ridiculous. I paid what they said bc the service is done but I am very frustrated. Unclear estimate and obviously overcharged. Never use. And they are not at the place on google map. They use fake address.
Do not use these guys! I thought I was supporting a local Fishhawk business and called for a service repair. The office told me it would be a $19 charge for the estimate which I thought seemed very reasonable. The tech came and adjusted my sensors and was here for less than 20 minutes and charged my wife $275. He also never discussed the estimate or cost with her prior to performing the work. The technician was excellent! He replaced the worn-out rollers and made sure everything was aligned properly.
They repaired my garage door springs and did an amazing job.
