A great place to exercise and maintain your body and mind in shape. Reasonable prices and very polite staff. Instructors are excellent.
Great welcoming gym. All the staff are very friendly, and they also sell good coffee with seating outside with cafe blinds and heating.

Best thing happened to me was the 3 month gift voucher from my daughter. Now I am hooked to this place- good gym with a range of machines, Classes for all fitness levels and ages. They cater well for the ageing population in this part of city with many people from age care facilities turning up for those classes. Last but not least, the amazingly friendly staff and members themselves.
