Hard to get a person on the phone. But most of it's good after that unless you need to have a procedure done. Then, the day before the procedure when you get told what time to arrive you also get told how much money is required. This was not shared at the time of making the appointment but the day before the procedure, which I cancelled because I wasn't expecting to pay money first, especially since I was told that medicare was covering it. Dr. Alberti did an excellent job with my cataract surgery. I am 100% satisfied and I knew I was in the best of care. Dr. Alberti is both professional and personable with great efficiency. I highly recommend coming to Paragon Eye Associates in Mansfield and seeing Dr. Alberti for all of your eye care needs.
Dr. Blair and his staff were very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly, I will definitely recommend my family and friends schedule a visit!
I was having some vision issues that were concerning and they were able to get me into their office quickly to see dr Alberti. He took his time to figure out what was going on and had a follow up plan before I left. The day after my appointment, he even reached back Out to let me know there was an additional medicine that he had called in because he wanted to be extra sure the problem would be fixed.
