I had a great experience at Paragon Eye Associates in Mansfield. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!
Had an appointment for a routine eye exam. Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. I was never acknowledged by staff when I signed in or thereafter. Lots of chatter between office staff. I asked how much longer and girl at desk said she did not know. Others with appointment taken back. Poorly run office and very very unfriendly. I will find another doctor as this place does not care about patients and their time.
On 5/08/2026, I called the office and left a voicemail requesting to schedule an appointment. I received a callback on 5/11/2026 at 9:28 a.m., and the receptionist informed me that Dr. Baker was unavailable for the next two weeks. She stated that she could scheduled me for the next available appointment, which I was told was on Friday, 5/29 at 9:20 am. After waiting for a month for an appointment which was made from a referral they tell me they don’t take my insurance they didn’t finish even finish my eye exam and wanted to charge me 295.00 Why is it my fault that they had my information a whole month and didn’t even bother checking before they made my appointment I had to pay my copay and didn’t even get a complete eye exam What kind of business are y’all running?
