Elaine is a very energetic bubbly person and is a perfect trainer for em's. My experience with ems was amazing I've never felt my muscles work in such a way that the ems does and I've been bodybuilding for 25 years.
I tried a session with Elaine. She's always prepared and makes the workout so much fun with her positive attitude.
Awesome service! And Elaine is so fun to be around. This really made a difference for my ab separation after having my baby 5 months ago. It also helped with lymphatic drainage, I am noticeably slimmer and tighter after the sessions. I'm feeling really strong overall but especially in my core, the EMS workouts are different but definitely effective.
The gym is welcoming to all...no egos here.
