Before buying an already finished home from them, bring someone that will be able to look at the attic. Check the wood beams/structure for mold. For years my family have suffered from really bad allergies and sure enough there are mold all over the attic. This is a brand new home built in 2003. Because of the constant rain in this area (Pensacola), during construction the wood structure gets soaked in rain water. Do not buy any homes from celebrity or paragon. They build their homes cheap and leave you with a decade of repairs and hardships. They build 6 homes all backed up to a drainage with no retaining wall and hid the problem buy putting the fence line 30 feet in front of the problem. The drainage has been eroding all of our yards now ever since. We all have contacted the builders and their reaponse was its not their problem. ill say paragon is wayy better built than dr horton.
The absolute worse experience I ever had. I don"t have enough room to list all my complaints. They think the public is stupid and doesn't know anything about construction! The worst of them is a guy named Matt. A total idiot. A one star is too high a rating. I will be seeking other legal issues! To be continued.
