Crooks. All of them. They're rude, disrespectful and will give you the go around every time. They took money from ICBC for my repair. Not only did they not complete the repair, but the part that they did, they DUCT TAPED the front right fog lamp into place. The fog light fell and dragged on the asphalt, causing further an eletrical fire that took out the electrical work on the right front side of the car. Just got my car back from the shop. The job was terrible very rude personal lying and overcharging. There is much Battery repair shop very lazy to discuss the job with customer. That was my big mistake.
