Raju is absolutely wonderful. Customer service is a dying art but not at Paragon. I damaged a back portion of my vehicle back in the summer of 2025. Due to personal circumstances, I was only able to bring in my car for repair in April of this year. Raju worked with me regarding the quoted work from 2025 and took care of it as if it only happened yesterday. I was so pleasantly surprised when the repaired area made the car look brand new again. A quick shout out to Paragon Collision Mississauga, Thank you for the quick and excellent repairs on my 2018 Kenworth after a collision which caused extensive damage to the right front corner. Repairs returned this vehicle to the pre-accident condition plus some added repairs which were not noticed by me. They also asked me to return if there were any issues that I found not to my liking. Many thanks to Raju and his team. Will certainly recommend this business.
