The customer service is superb. They are very responsive and understanding of concerns. If they are unsure they will find the answer from the tech or manufacturer. It's a sad place to be in but if needed you're in good hands. I recommend them because they restore your car to the manufacturer specification.
Only problem was I had to wait for awhile for the car to be cleaned.
The work on my Audi was perfect. The communication os great and my car was finished before the stated date.
