For very minimal damage to my car, this location kept my car for a month. At drop off I was advised I’d get updates twice a week. They didn’t end up keeping that promise which led to my concern. Once I contacted them after the lengthy delay I was informed of the complications of getting the replacement parts. On the day of picking up my car I also saw new damage to my car. I will never go back.
They did a great job on my rear bumper, my car looks brand new. Eric C did a great job on my vehicle and he was very professional. Mara at the front desk did a good job as well and provided great customer service during the process. Thanks Caliber Paragon.
