The staff is all very kind and I always have a great experience here. The infusion areas are all very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to make the phone tree less cumbersome. It takes forever to talk to someone because it asks 20 questions.

My wife tried 2x to get her regularly scheduled and critical Prolia injection. 2 months trying. Don’t return phone calls. Delay in insurance verification for weeks. Finally consulted the Prolia site and found Nucara. They responded within 24 hours and scheduled the injection at our convenience. Also true last year with Paragon in the Atlanta area. Same lack of caring and response. My wife had to fly back to Austin for her injection at the doctor’s office. As a retired physician I give Paragon an’F”

Such great communication and care by everyone from front desk, NP and the RNs at the Bee Cave location. It’s so refreshing to have a positive medical experience at every step, including their phone skills, greeting upon arrival, and throughout the treatment. Thank you! Highly recommend!
