I would not recommend Paragon Auto to any woman who needs repairs. After a month, I went to pick up my car. The state of the interior was a disaster. Understandable things get dirty when being fixed but he decided not to clean anything. Then I had damage on 3 replaced pieces. The manager, Mike called me “particular” and I notice things only a woman would notice. He did rolled his eyes at me several times. They did all the repairs needed in a shorter time frame than estimated. I had to do a follow up visit and was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!
Go away from this place. I was not smart enough to look at the reviews before going there. The "Mike" caracter is bad!! He will not do the job he says and as the other reviewers said, he will never fix anything he didn't complete or do wrong. Not fair to have people like him around such a nice neighborhood.
We took our car in for a repair of a collision. They were great. They fixed the side of our car-but when we got home our gas tank flap is broken. If we open side door it hits the gas door. They would not call back after multiple calls then their paperwork person conflicted what Mike said. We have pictures showing they fixed that side and she admitting to removing the gas tank flap, yet Mike said it was wear and tear and he will not replace or fix.
