Old school gym with all the right machines. Reminds me of a gold gym, no fuss very clean and nice staff. I haven't tried the classes but love that there isn't a line of three people to use a leg machine etc. Sauna for one is a great touch. Staff is kind and acknowledges guest by name.
THE GYM two has to floors and the classes our hardcore, you will definitely get in shape here if you can keep up
