Paragon did the installation of ducted air conditioning and bathroom ventilation in our new house. They claimed they had finished and were paid in full, yet when we moved in we found no external ventilation for any of the bathrooms and no WiFi adaptor installed despite agreeing to have one. It took them 6 additional months and 3 attempts to finally complete the work and we had to get someone else to install the WiFi adaptor! Extremely poor experience
