As soon as the sale was complete, Paragon Acura vanished. They had me sign an offer sheet on an agreed-upon price, then in finance the monthly rate came back 10% higher than what I’d agreed to — classic bait and switch. Since then? Radio silence. I discovered the windshield wipers were faulty — a simple fix, or so you’d think. But I can’t even get a call back. No service, no follow-up, nothing. DO NOT buy a car from these folks unless you want to be taken for a ride.
