My experience buying a car at Paragon Acura has been extremely disappointing. I purchased an Acura ADX with less than 5,000 miles, and from the start it had issues, including a water leak—completely unacceptable for an almost new vehicle. I have worked with Terry from the dealership. I had a 2014 trade in and purchased a 2024 MDX that is white pearl and espresso interior. Terry and the manager took care of a few imperfections I found in the vehicle and addressed it the next business day.
