I received an email from Acura Paragon asking me to come in for a possible vehicle trade-in. I have an Acura RDX. My response to the email was that I was interested, but I wanted an RDX A-Spec with the same payment. His response was, "I would be happy to assist you with upgrading to a newer model while keeping the same payment. An A-Spec vehicle sounds like a great choice!" Unfortunately, this did not happen. I love this dealership, I truly do. They do these incredible gestures and they don't tell you, you just find out about all the extra stuff they offer you without charging you extra money just to show their appreciation and it definitely does not go unnoticed. Reserved appointment for recall at 8:20am on Saturday. And I have also called to confirm they have parts available for recall. When I arrived there at 7:40am on Saturday, they told me they didn't know what I want to do. And they recommended me to do I'll change instead of recall. I said no and l told them I only need recall. Then they said you would need to wait till 4:30pm to pick up your car. And they wouldn't call me since they couldn't understand me. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION BECAUSE APPOINTMENT DOESN'T WORK.
