The shop boys are cute
Twice Paragon has been to my place of business, and twice they have failed to resolve the problem with the furnace failling to turn over and heat. I suggested the thermostat might be faulty, directly with the technician. It was not changed to check this theory. Instead once again, they checked the furnace for "codes" and found none, charging us for a service WITHOUT resolving the issue.
