Every time I see her she is always concerned for my health. She takes her time to listen to me and has always followed up. She definitely shows that caring concern for her patients.
I was very disappointed with the service they gave my sister, I will definitely be canceling my appointment as a new patient.

11:15AM appointment, Dr. Florence arrived to her office at 11:30am. The Dr. showed up to work 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She had patients ahead of me so I was seen by the doctor over an hour after my appointment was scheduled. My appointment was delayed not by a busy, over booked schedule but instead because the doctor was unable to show up to her practice on time. Unacceptable
WAITING TIMES ARE VERY LONG WITH APPT, I DO HAVE TO INSIST ON SEEING DOCTOR PARAGUS BUT I LOVE HER. SHE ALWAYS HELP ME AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE ALSO HAS A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER. ALWAYS TAKES TE TIME WITH YOU AS NEEDED. I LOVE HER HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS
I have never in my life seen or met Dr. Paragas. And when I first made my appointment here, I specifically asked her because that’s who I was referred to and everyone was kind of shocked. I still go here because I don’t go to the doctor much. But I will agree with everyone that wait times are no joke. They’re not a big office and only have NPs and NP students working (as far as i’ve seen in my two years going here) but the care isn’t bad. The building and office is just very outdated.
You’ll sit in the lobby for about 2 hours before you’re seen. Then you won’t even see a doctor, but a nurse practitioner. You’re better off getting healthcare from a crackhead
I do not understand why you need an appointment here. They will make you wait at least 2-3 hours after your appointment time to even being seen. That wait time is ridiculous and I would not recommend it for any patients.
