We used Paradox Tents & Events Okanagan for my mother-in-laws celebration of life. Janine was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was responsive, patient and very kind. We hired two staff members through Paradox to help with the event and we couldn't have done it without them. They were both kind and thoughtful, and anticipated our needs before we knew we had them. We will be using Paradox for any of our future events.
We had Enchanted flowers and Paradox do our bouquets and napkins for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful!! The flowers were fresh and were delivered at the exact time they said they would be. The staff were so friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any future flower needs!
I found working alongside Paradox for our Anniversary event exemplary. They set the stage by asking pertinent questions, listening to my thoughts and then making suggestions that were innovative and flexible. Chelsea seemed to grasp the casual atmosphere wanted but added all the necessary structure to make our event flow with ease and “sparkle! “ She was organized and thorough. Delightful to work with. Without a doubt Paradox was the right choice …… hire them, you will not be disappointed.

Chelsea was absolutely amazing to work with right from day one! She was extremely professional. We hired their bartending staff who helped make our wedding perfect! We had a miscommunication happen but Chelsea called right away and resolved what had happened. We will absolutely support this company in the future! Highly recommend using their services!
