Decent but parking is abhorrent. There's not enough parking spots and unfortunately some people have to park on the fire lane until Karen or Ken calls the police on you. Please make parking more accessible to avoid this mess altogether. Thank you. **Update: They don't send notice to their tenants regarding construction so you are awaken by loud construction on a random day. Instead of removing the entire roof, how about you make more parking available for your paying tenants?**

Would strongly suggest against living here. Some truly unkind folks on the HOA. In my 38 years this is the only place where I had issues with neighbors. Avoid if you can.

I've visited this place a few times and it seems like a wonderful place to live. The condos are beautiful and the community seems to have very friendly residents. Lots of greenery around as well.
