Absolutely wonderful! Me and my partner have stayed here twice already and both times have been amazing! The location is fantastic, close to the station, multiple shops nearby, easy access to the building. The actual flat is extremely comfortable, modern and clean, well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. This is my first time renting a house in the UK and it was a very good experience. Carl and his colleagues are very attentive people.
They provide great service
Very bad customer service from Carl and Luke. Carl does not even picks up phone. Luke has a harassing tone. Problems are delayed every time and they have the most fake goodwill to offer.
