Erin is a really great yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, demonstrating and guiding her students in a friendly, relaxed and jolly way. She does great Ashtanga classes at Marriott County Hall on Sunday mornings, and her Exstatic Dance classes at Siobhan Davies Dance Centre are amazing. Can’t wait to do it in the park this summer!

Really enjoyed my first class at Paradise Yoga! The instructor was in tune with the needs of each individual in the class and the sequences were varied and challenging. I felt completely zenned out by the end and will be returning to this class.
